1. What data do we collect?

• Information you enter in the contact form: full name, email, phone (optional), property type, location, listing link and your message.
• Information you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone.
• Your cookie preference, stored in your browser so that the site works.
• Only if you consent: usage data collected through analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics and Google Ads) (see the Cookie policy).
• Spam prevention: when the form is submitted, an irreversible code derived from your IP address is kept temporarily on the server for at most one hour. The IP address is not saved with your message.

2. Why do we use it?

• To respond to your requests and prepare proposals.
• To perform the service and issue invoices, if a contract is made.
• To meet legal obligations.
• With your consent, to improve the site and measure advertising performance.

3. Legal basis

We process data based on what is necessary for your request and a possible contract, legal obligations, our legitimate interest (managing business inquiries) and, where needed, your explicit consent. We act in line with the personal data protection legislation in force in Montenegro and, to the extent applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4. Who do we share it with?

We do not sell your data. As far as the service requires, it may be shared with: our website hosting and email provider (form messages reach our mailbox through this infrastructure), our domain DNS and content delivery/security provider (Cloudflare; requests to our site are routed through Cloudflare), communication tools (for example WhatsApp and Viber), the Google Calendar booking page when you book a call (your name, email and the details you enter are processed by Google), our accounting and legal advisers and, with your consent, the analytics and advertising provider Google. The site’s fonts are loaded through Google Fonts; your IP address is transmitted to Google when this happens. Some of these providers may be located outside Montenegro or the EU.

5. How long do we keep it?

We keep data for as long as the purpose requires and as required by legal retention obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it. Requests that do not turn into a contract are deleted after a reasonable period.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object and (where applicable) data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To apply, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

7. Security

We protect your data with reasonable technical and administrative measures. It cannot be guaranteed that any transmission over the internet is completely secure.
