Our story
Our story began in Bodrum, which enchanted us on our first trip in the early 2000s with its whitewashed houses and bougainvillea, as it has so many lovers of Bodrum… We moved to Bodrum in 2007 and for 17 years witnessed every scene of the city’s tourism transformation.
After a career as a manager in several corporate companies, Sadık opened his own agency and then moved into hotel management. After studying hospitality management, Buket worked as a manager in luxury hotels and took part in projects that left their mark while heading her own real estate company. The experience we gained along two different paths gradually became one shared outlook.
At the end of 2024 we opened a new chapter with our children and settled in Tivat, the pearl of Montenegro. We did not leave our work in Bodrum; we built a new structure in Montenegro too. Today we work in two countries as two people: Sadık runs the Turkey and Bodrum side, and Buket runs consulting and investment work in Montenegro.
What we offer villa and hotel owners is not a method learned from books; it is the real experience we gained in travel agency work, hospitality, luxury villa and hotel management and real estate. Our goal is not occupancy alone. We want to increase your visibility, reach the right guest and make sure that guest leaves happy.
